Great stay at St Regis
Location was really good. Short walk from Gastown and Canada Place. We also walked (25 mins with a bit of a climb on the way back) to the aqua bus to Granville island. Great trip. Juan and his colleauge at the ftont desk/concierge were very helpful. Breakfast hreat as were the staff. Housekeeper was A1! Check out (at 3.30am) was a bit disappointing. Not interested in asking how our stay at the hotel was, just bill and go

The hotel property and rooms are very well maintained. Not a complaint could be made. The staff are amazing. Very friendly, helpful and engaging. The location is walkable to Canada Place and downtown restaurants and bars. As in many major cities exercise caution when walking after dark.

Very pleasant, physically efficient property. Understands what it is and doesn’t try to do too much. Excellent location for spending time in the city. Breakfast is good. Will be our new home base when we visit Vancouver.

Staff was outstanding. Very accommodating and helpful. That includes lobby, cleaning and breakfast staff. Very quaint facility. Would definitely stay here again.

very bad windows
The room was on a level two flor specifically told the personnel I was using it exclusively to sleep for 6 hours and they gave me a room on the street basically. No double Payne windows al the noise for the street came an in addition to having these types of windows the cold came in the room trough them so the room was always cold. And the AC when turned up to heat the room. AC did not smell great so decided to leave it off altogether. To put the children to sleep I always use cartoons there were no kids cannels on the tv and no easy way to use Netflix

Wonderful property! We stayed 1 night before departing on an Alaskan cruise. The room, location and staff were amazing! The included breakfast is cook to order and incredible! Perfect location for walking to shopping and dining.
