Love the whole concept of this hotel. Conveniently located to Chinatown, Gastown and other lovely areas if Vancouver. The staff were marvelous and helpful, providing information and free luggage storage. Close to Link Rail and cruise port. Will look forward to staying there again.

We had a shared bathroom suite. The location was great as we were over for a concert and it was like a 5-minute walk back and forth. Great oyster place around the corner too.

The hotel was super clean and the desk staff was very nice. There’s a lot of choice of restaurants within walking distance. We stayed there before our cruise. It’s easy walking distance to Canada Place where the cruise ships depart.

Always stay here when coming to Vancouver, super easy to book, friendly and helpful staff, was able to check in super early after calling in advance and the room was exceptionally clean and I had a great sleep in those beds! Overall great experience and only took 5 mins to walk to Roger’s Arena for the $uicideboy$ concert!!!

For 400$ we had no bathroom in the room. there was nothing stating we wouldnt have a bathroom, staff didnt mention when checking in nor tell us where the bathroom was on our floor Completely unacceptable when other rooms had a bathroom. asked to change rooms to a room with a bathroom and they couldn't. i would never stay there again.
