Great - but parking is limited

We really enjoyed the room with its high ceilings and spacious layout. Beds were firm and comfortable. The black out blinds were an added bonus. The biggest factor in booking this hotel was the underground parking but be warned that it fills up fast. We ended up not getting a spot and having to park far from the hotel outside. First world problem but still very disappointing.

Hotel was clean, and the room fairly well equipped. I liked the set-up, with separate bedroom. Staff are friendly, and welcoming. Bed in bedroom very comfortable. Key card for amenities (game room, pool and hot tub) would not work, despite having front counter staff try to fix the card. Pull out sofa quite uncomfortable for our senior mom. Light comes in windows from parking lot around edges of blinds. Front office staff very helpful in giving me a discount, and allowing me to check out one day early without charge.

We chose this hotel because of the kitchen and sitting room. The design of the room does not allow for natural light to enter the sitting room. The finishes are dark, making the room feel dingy. The sofa was uncomfortable to sit in and the tv had limited changes. There is no daily housekeeping or breakfast included in the price. Not nice enough to return. Underground parking nice during cold spell.
