Our check-in was quick and painless, taking no time at all. Our room was clean and quite spacious. The only drawback that I would really mention was that our room was right next to the swimming pool. After a long day of travel, we just wanted to get some rest. We could hear all of the noises going on next to the pool. I would have thought this room would have been soundproofed better for the comfort of its occupants. The complimentary breakfast was decent. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfy but bring ear plugs.
Good location. Clean. Comfy. Free breakfast was excellent as was the lady working the breakfast area. The pool and hot tub are quite small but we’re not crowded for our morning swim. So overall a nice place to stay. But the noise into the wee hours made for a poor sleep. Our room was on the second floor facing the LRT and train so there were noises from the parking area, guests talking loudly in the hallway as well as outside until 4:00am, the LRT and the train going by making it impossible to fall asleep. Would stay again but would request a higher floor facing away from the train and LRT.

The hotel was clean. It has a lot of parking so it was easy to find a spot. Was disappointed in the size of the pool and the hot tub was broken when we were there.

$100 deposit expected without notice in the listin
Hotel was clean, somewhat dated and it did not indicate there would be $100 deposit on top of the cost of the room rate that was taken at the time of payment. Now I need to wait for the deposit to come back to my account. The breakfast was good however the hot food was lukewarm. It was satisfactory.
