Amazing staff late night. Our flight was canceled and we booked a room. Several of us checking in had the same experience with canceled and delayed flights. The staff was welcoming and provided water and a little snack for all of us. Simply above and beyond what we expected. Thanks to all of them for turning along day into a pleasant experience

A lot of homeless people around the hotel and parking don’t have any charge for eV. Found the rooms to be dirty in the bathroom and floors. I was there for 5 nights and they made up my room twice.

Pros.. early check in was truly a blessing after a nightmare red eye flight. Clean eco friendly room. Bed was very comfortable and the shower head height was great for tall people! 😍 included continental breakfast was very nice with hot options. Easy 10 minute walk to the Riverwalk area with many restaurants! Cons- Soap dispensers were difficult to squeeze and get any hand or body wash. Hand towels were really rough😤. They didn’t clean our room so had to call twice to get clean towels. No closet… just a tiny rack over the refrigerator. No drawers to put clothes in. No concierge services ☹️.

Just ok.
The stay was ok. The room didn’t have a microwave. The shower still had hair from the last guests. & the pillows were flat. There are hidden fees that you are not aware of. You must pay for parking at the hotel. The free parking is across the street but you have to move your vehicle by 6:50 in the morning or else you’ll get a ticket. & there’s a deposit to stay at the hotel besides what you’re paying!

Definitely worth it!
We loved our stay!!! The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early after debarking from our cruise. We will most definitely stay here again. I love that the hotel is family oriented and the colors are soooo welcoming.

Great accessible amenities
Customer service was Excellent and the accommodations were great for my conditions. I loved the roll in shower and the bathroom was very large, I felt very safe using all the bathroom amenities.
