"Great reasonably priced option, clean and modern. Large, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast (not a buffet). Yes the rooms are on the small side, but that’s New York hotels. And who wants to be in their hotel room for long when you’re in New York! I found the reception a bit chaotic but it’s a busy city hotel so I guess that’s par for the course. Room “cooler” is apparently to keep things “at room temperature” - so really it’s just a drawer to keep your free water tepid! All in all enjoyed my stay here and would choose this hotel again."

"Our family of 4 took the train to NYC to see a few shows, so we didn't use any local parking. The hotel was super convenient in the Times Square area, but was amazingly quiet, with the rooms seemingly set back between some buildings to provide some buffer. It was on a street that had a lot to offer, but not in the crazy, busy mix of a main road. We frequented the Whole Foods around the block for reasonably priced water and snacks. Having a mini-fridge/microwave would be a big help, but we were only there 2 nights, so a short trip and made due. Our room was wonderful and the staff friendly. Would definitely stay again."
