Napili Kai Beach Resort did a wonderful job at making our stay with an infant easy and luxurious. Providing high chairs, cribs, and ground level rooms made taking our son out in his stroller very convenient and our overall stay very comfortable. The ocean view was AMAZING, and the house keepers were phenomenal!

Very convenient to the beach, an excellent restaurant (Sea House), and beautiful views of the ocean from the room. The room has a lanai that makes it special, and a full kitchen. Parking is convenient to the room. It was a wonderful stay!

Everything was as pictured, very clean and friendly, beach chairs only, lounges only at the pool. Eating is a bit of an issue if don’t want to eat at the same place every time or make reservations after 8 at night.

The area is beautiful, the resort is a little outdated but not too old and still has everything you need. The views are impeccable. Front desk staff was amazing, housekeeping amazing. Sea House Restaurant and bar staff was rude and acted like I was bothering them when asking basic questions or just trying to order food Togo, left a bad taste. The beach shack guys were great service wise and very helpful/chill.

First off, I didn't get the room layout that I expected. I called to verify 2 kings and ended up with king/twins. Second, my son received what appears to be bed bug bites down his back. I can provide a photo if needed. Third, the price of the room feels like we should have a fully working room but the ice maker in the fridge didn't produce ice.
