Great shower lots of pressure and gets hot quickly, I also enjoyed the pillow selection, they had 2 different ones out of the 4 on my bed, mattress was just right for me, not too soft and not too hard, slept like Goldilocks 😂

I chose this hotel primarily because it is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. When I had checked in and mentioned to the front desk about the time I would need a ride to the airport (7:30am), I was informed that the shuttle service is only offered as of 9am. This was not indicated anywhere. The following morning when I spoke to another front desk agent, she claims that on Expedia, details about the shuttle service is unavailable, but it is on their website. However, when I checked their website, it doesn't say anywhere that the shuttle service starts at 9:00am. Eventually, I decided to wait since my flight was delayed but it was almost 9:10 and still no driver. The receptionist was on the phone. I just gestured to her that I will be taking an uber.

It’s no fault of The Sandman but the neighborhood (and downtown London in general) has a large street population. Some guests may not be comfortable walking in the neighborhood to/from the hotel.

The room was very clean and the inside of the building was updated compared to the outside. The hotel is located in a bad area .. I only stayed as there was few other options. I would say it was very over priced. Nice room not much for amenities and breakfast was very mediocre.
