I got upgraded when I got there. The Manager had a cheese and cracker and snack setup at 5:00. That was very nice. Seeing where everyone was going because we were by the airport. My flight was too early so I didn’t get the breakfast but they gave me a croissant, yogurt and apple to bring to the airport. Great place.

Bedding and bathroom were very clean, but the carpet in the room was shabby and worn out. The room also smelled very musty, like an old damp basement, even though it was a ground floor room. The unpleasant odour persisted for our whole stay, even though we opened the window to try and get some fresh air circulation. Additionally, the toilet was running when we arrived. We fixed it immediately, but it was temperamental and several times we had to take the lid off the tank to adjust the mechanism to have the seal close properly to stop thr water from running. I might ordinarily have asked for a different room, but the hotel was packed so it seemed like it would be a hardship to make the request and we were only there to sleep.

I've stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. It's clean and the rooms are comfortable. The big selling point for me is proximity to the London airport (~5 minute drive). I just wish there was a restaurant in the hotel or even near the hotel.

Only stayed here as it is the closest to YXU. Total minus Tim Hortons is a 2 minute walk away. I will always stay here when traveling to YXU

Very clean. Exactly what you expect from Best Western. Reliable. Note its in a mainly industrial area though Suitable for the airport, less suitable for those looking for a night out in centrsl Lonfom or visiting Western University.

Will never book with them again, as they gave away our room for the entire weekend after we had it reserved over two months in advance. There were no other rooms available in the entire city, so we ended up sleeping in our car. Was the worst experience ever.

Quick overnight stay
A quick one night stay after a week business trip. Rooms were clean and presentable, but somewhat showing age in furnishings (expected, older hotel). Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel has a pool, exercise room, breakfast dining area and meeting rooms. Rooms are quiet, and beds are comfortable. Location is about 5 minutes from the airport, so perfect if you have a early departure.

Friendly staff, great service. Excellent location close to airport with prompt, “on call” shuttle service when needed. Great breakfast, but sadly no restaurant on site. Good sized room but mattress wasn’t that comfortable. Bathroom was a reasonable size, shower was great

The elevator needs servicing, the doors open while the elevator is still in motion. My room had visible water damage to the ceiling and the AC was incredibly loud, and the lights kept turning themselves off while I was trying to take a bath. Then I went to check out and the staff physically went to inspect and comment on my room while I waited. Incredibly uncomfortable and I don't think I'll return.
