The hotel charged me the full price at the counter even though a deposit was paid via Travelocity. This was highlighted during check in both and after our stay had ended on review on the receipt. To date, still no response or refund. The manager on morning duty VERY uncooperative in most aspects. Room was fine. Facility in general was fine.

The customer service from airport shuttle to checking in and out was a great experience. The front desk staff at checki-in and out extended themself to assist and provided meaningful recommendations in navigating the property and offsite as well. Thanks Holiday Inn Doral.

We don’t want to go out, sadly no restaurant inside, but was a very convenient service, The City of Doral provide a service called Speedee that works very good. Excellent Choice!
