This is my second stay. You can't beat the price for the location. The beach is unique in that it has a smll sand bar just off shore, great for kids. Free valet, you just saved $50 a night. The room was clean. The elevators are a little funky by design so be patient., The in house stores are convenient, The pool side cafe is awesome with amazing service by ladies that remember you and make you feel welcome.

Reservé y pagué un estudio con vista al mar y me dieron uno con vista al deposito de basura. El mismo tenia 3 filtraciones de agua que caian del techo al piso. Cuando ingrese no tenia red de Wi-Fi Cuando ingrese estaba todo el piso lleno de agua. Reservé y pagué con desayuno y no tenia. Lo unico bueno los chicos que trabajan como Valet Parking, muy atentos y educados.

The room írself did bit match the images in the site. We should have had a view of the beach. Instead all we saw was scaffolding and the window was too high up. The shower curtain was from the dollar store. None of the handles in the sinks matched. The door from the lower cabinet was coming off the hinge. There were black scuff marks all over the wall.

Very comfortable and home feeling. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Very family oriented. If you’re a family with young children this is the place to come. No loud music, no party lifestyle, it’s in the middle of north and south beach. Right on beach out the back door. Large pool and tiki restaurant with lots of food and drinks. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone. Been here 6 months and stayed in several different rentals in the building and Miarentals is by far the best out of all the companies that rent out rooms here.

Pictures are very deceiving. Property is run down and dirty. You are checked in by security guards who have no people skills. Very unwelcoming first impression. Upon arriving to our room, I was immediately uncomfortable. A full wall of mirrors, one huge panel had a large crack through it. Tiles were replaced on the floor that didn’t match the originals. Beds were hard as a rock. Every surface in the apartment was scratched and scuffed up. Shower was gross. It felt very dirty. I immediately booked a different hotel and left. Would not recommend this stay to anyone.

Check in was not clear at all, poor communication. They don’t tell you that you’ll receive a text to complete a check in from the host so when I received the text I thought it was a scam. On top of all that the parking is not a self park, it’s valet and inconvenient when we need it.

Honestly this place has potential. It’s very outdated but if they actually put some time into it and fix it up it can be beautiful. Cracking all over the walls outside, elevator making weird noises.. i just feel like they need to fix the entire place up. Pool was very huge! Right next to the beach. They don’t go into rooms at all during ur stay so you just kinda have to keep asking for more towels etc. They leave beach chairs and umbrellas in ur room but they are kinda cheap so be careful! Also the store downstairs in the lower lobby is way too overpriced and the lady has a huge attitude talking about people in spanish thinking we don’t understand! There was a bug in the restroom as well some floors smelt like weed… even though it’s a no smoking hotel. Other than that the room was okay, you get what you pay for.
