Old hotel character with contemporary updates couldn’t save us from a terrible nights sleep. Bedroom doors do not block any hallway noise. Doors banging all night. We asked for additional pillows because the ones in the room were small and thin and were told, “No.” Two crappy cups of Folgers coffee cost $10.00. No Kleenex. Bathroom door is frosted glass so if your spouse gets up to pee in the night, guess what the light shines through. On the plus side, the hotel was very clean and had a nice restaurant and pool.

We escaped to miami beach from punta gorda for Milton and were amazed by this place. The wonderful staff welcomed us and took care of everything we needed. Truly pet friendly and spotlessly clean. Thank you for everything.

Overall the stay was great, minus the second bed feeling like it was broken. The staff at the Tavern wasn't very inviting, but lucky for us Jose quickly changed that.

I came for my 21st birthday rate this place a 9/10 only because its mad expensive 😂 but besides that i had so much fun i love the hotel restaurant jose show mad love too me i appreciate him so much best waiter my room was so clean i had to open window first night because i was confused on how to work a|c but once i figured it out i def love it pool was a 10/10 food 8/10 cheese pull was fire come here they turn me up for my birthday thank u hotel croydon ill definitely be back

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Croydon. There are many things that make Hotel Croydon a great place to stay. It’s located mid-beach in a quiet area with high rise hotels, condos, boutique hotels, restaurants and a CVS in walking distance. Transportation is easily accessible, via the free trolley, busses or taxis. The beach is only one block away. The property itself is really well-maintained. The rooms are large with a good amount of storage space and the conveniences you’d expect. The hotel has two rooftop sundecks with deck chairs as well as a pool on ground level. The hotel has a great restaurant/bar called The Tavern, open until midnight every day and has a happy hour for hotel guests from 5-6 daily. And the staff really makes an effort to take care of your needs. Diana was especially helpful in helping to accommodate my situation. I couldn’t recommend Hotel Croydon more highly.
