"The lobby is beautiful and our room had a nice balcony overlooking the lobby with a view of the river from inside the lobby/- best of both worlds- beautiful view of lobby and river without the cold December wind. Everything was conveniently situated from the elevator to the free ferry boat dock just outside the hotel. The hotel is immaculate and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. "

"My stay at this property was beyond amazing. As my brand and career have launched, I have begun to travel often and, thankfully, majority of the hotels I have stayed at have always presented the proper hospitality and service that I require. I was warmly greeted by a young woman who happened to be a SCAD student like I was. She was professional, polite and patient as I was having trouble with my card at check-in. Throughout the duration of my stay I ran into plenty of other staff members who were just as equally warm and friendly and genuinely hospitable. I was so satisfied with my stay that I expressed my pleasure to the service desk gentlemen, Trey, informing him we will return for a future stay, and thank you all for making my visit a reason to brag and to return to once again. "It was a very nice clean hotel. But the only problem we encountered was that they charged $45 a day for parking, even if you are staying there. I did not notice that when I booked through Hotels.com We could have stayed at another hotel that had a higher star rating, with free parking for the extra $45 a day. I thought I had put in the filter that I wanted a hotel with free parking."
