The hotel was filled with bikers, drunk, loud , swearing, music, intimidated. The Hotel Manager did nothing to stop this partying. My son was afraid, I was afraid. We asked the manager to control the environment at by 10:45 pm it was more out of control. We checked out and did not return the next night. They charged us both nights even after complaining. We had to pay for another hotel as it was my sisters wedding and this money was not budgeted. The manager said because we booked third party, with you, Expedia, he could not refund. This was a horrible experience for my family!!

I found the staff very helpful. If I had any questions there were there to ask and ensure I had the proper information. The place looked like it was just renovated and it was very clean. Nice location close to the beach and river. I would recommend this place to any one that is visiting Penticton.

Every time I come to Penticton as a solo traveller, I stay at the Riverside Motel. The rooms are super clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff are so hospitable and the pool is an amazing touch! Always look forward to visiting.

Clean, renovated motel that was perfect for our purpose as it was close to the South Okanagan Event Centre (about a 10 minute walk). Staff was attentive and price unbeatable in late September . A bonus was that it's really close to beautiful Okanagan lake that we loved walking along!
