excellent value. We had the room with a deck which had a nice park & water view. The lobby/day room had microwave, coffee machine and ample room to read, relax and visit.Parking was safe and just across the street. The staff was quick and very helpful.

Location was perfect. Staff was very helpful, much appreciated. My room was terribly small but that was my choice. But smaller than expected. Quiet rooms which was nice.

Very old furnishings and decor. No daily room service was inconvenient. Has to get towels, coffee, etc each day. Shower had issues. Very tiny room with no bureau or hangers in a closet that was actually an unfinished space. Close to the beautiful city.

The hotel was small and quaint very historical loved old Quebec. The location was awesome close to everything. The building could use some paint and tidy up. The book in our room said there was breakfast between 8-10 which we found out was not true and them also didn’t have coupons for other restaurants per book. The staff then removed this book from our rooms. Overall very happy with our location and staff were helpful

We loved our stay here and it was walkable to a lot of places of interest in Old Quebec City which was very important to us. The room is a basic one , tv has mostly French channels, there is an espresso machine in the ground floor and a water filter/ ice machine. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

The hotel was very nice and quaint. Felt like it belongs in Old Quebec. Super nice staff that helped whenever we needed them. Very close to all the shops and restaurants that the area has to offer. We stayed three days and did not use our car once.

Bathroom condition... terrible The bathroom toilet is not functioning!!! Bedroom...tiny room at the attics with slanted seiling. The bed was small that can fit one person (I was sleeping on the floor!!!) The room is very old ...the bathroom door is not functioning.

The shower is so small I could not fit in it. Our toilet did not work for the first night. Had to move to another room. Laurie was fantastic. Great service with the facility she had to work with.

Difficult parking. Very thin walls; I could hear everything from the next room. They woke me up several times. The sink was stopped up. The shower entrance was the width of 2 toothbrushes-I measured.. You cannot be overweight and fit in that shower. But…the location was PERFECT

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It is within walking distance of cafes, the boardwalk and a lot of fun activities. Only thing to watch out for is there is no elevator. This wasn't a problem for us as we love walking. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
