We loved the ambiance and location of this lovely old world hotel. There is no staff on site so it’s a self-serve kind of place, but instructions were very clear and codes to building and room all worked. We did reach out about parking, but did not hear back from host regarding details. Luckily there is an underground parking facility roughly 1 block away for a rate of $24CAD/day. We could not have had a better time in Old Quebec, and we would choose to stay at this location again. Reasonable rates. Clean comfortable room, and the location is absolutely prime. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

amazing property, building was beautiful and clean. everything in Quebec OLD city was conveniently close and within walking distance. my only complaint was lack of parking service, and staff. when booking this stay understand the parking situation during peak Quebec season may be little to slim to acquire. But if you're a true adventurer and don't mind walking to city landmarks its a amazing stay and would 9/10 recommend!!!!

The room was beautiful and very functional. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants, sites and museums. Only downside was the smell of pot coming through, what we think, is the ventilation system.

There is no staff!! The code I was sent to unlock my room didn’t open the room which was a problem because it’s an unstaffed front desk. We got lucky and ran into someone in the basement who opened our door with a master code on his way out the door. The room, however was a delight,

The property itself is in a lovely location with plenty of walkable attractions and restaurants nearby! The check in was smooth and easy with no issues entering the building. The lobby of the hotel is charming and nice to lounge in. Our room was in the upper level - very cozy and the decor was inviting. Everything worked properly including the shower and coffee machine so yay! There was one issue - there is no staff on site so for us we didn't manage to get a hold of anybody during our stay ( we used the texting option ). We informed them of blood stained sheets upon arrival and asked for a replacement . However we received no answer at all. We should have called but obviously we didnt want to spend our 2 night vacation solving issues so we figured texting would be easiest - but unfortunately no response. The stains were pretty obvious so I'm wondering why they were even left on the bed in the first place. The rest of the place was clean , bathroom was spotless !

Staff was great with check in directions and the hotel is quaint and perfectly french. Its was located in the heart of old Quebec City with a fantastic breakfast spot called L’Omelette a 2 minute walk away.
