The inside garden, pool, and hot tub were nice. Hot tub temperature was low. The chairs in our room (not on the inside facing the garden) weren't comfortable. Temperature control kept resetting itself.

I wanted to give five because overall our experience was pretty nice. We enjoyed the hot tub pool the palmes restaurant. The vibe was really great. The room was pretty nice too. The only thing we had the l problem with was the washroom. They really need to be renovated. The sink and the bath tub were clogged really had hard time with that

The journey was fine, however this hotel needs a lot of renovation from external patio doors dirty, ground not sage with broken patio tiles and to finalize the bathrooms the shower tiles ate coming off the wall. Brought the matter to reception and the answer were ok thank you.

Hotel was alright but around 6pm on Friday it became a dance club thanks to the restaurant attached to it. It was so noisy you could hear every word they sang through the walls and windows. It did not quiet down until after 1030. We also requested a wake up call and every received it.
