Great stay!
We had an outstanding stay at this hotel for Howl-O-Scream! The front desk staff and shuttle bus driver were both exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team was welcoming, attentive, and quick to address any of our needs. They made check-in effortless and offered the shuttle service as a convenient option. The shuttle bus service was equally fantastic, with a driver who was both friendly and accommodating. We truly appreciated the care and professionalism from the entire staff. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Howl-O-Scream!

Everyone was very nice including the people checking you in, the people running the breakfast area, and the General Manager Pam. Took a shuttle to Busch Gardens, was great. Will definitely stay there again. Great people, clean areas & rooms. Great place.

Several power outages ,some for hours during evening and night. No light, no TV, no A/C.I was hoping the place had a generator for such occurences. Although very clean everywhere, we found a bedbug walking on a pillow. The staff is super nice however.
