Check in was efficient. Desk staff friendly and helpful. Room itself was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. First impressions walking through the hallways large stains on the carpet. However no issues with the room instead. Continental breakfast was included. Good variety. I would stay here again.

Check in was fast and friendly. Room was very small. No microwave or coffee maker and the fridge was not very cold at all. It was very noisy until 11 pm. Mainly kids. But the bed was comfortable, when I did finally fall asleep.

Good location, close to shopping plaza, shopping mall and good restaurant nearby. Cleanliness of the room was #1. Place seems to be recently renovated and kept in good shape. Office lounge would need a little refreshing. Lots of parking for your vehicle. Staff is very kind and friendly. Will certainly go back on our next trip in Thunder bay and would recomment to friends and relatives without hesitation.

Had a wonderful stay here this past weekend! I stayed for 3 nights for a wedding weekend. The hotel was central to everything and the staff were very kind. The hotel bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were newly renovated and clean! I had a great sleep. I would definitely stay here again on another trip!
