The room was recently renovated and was very pleasant. The breakfast was quite good with a nice selection and the attending dining area staff were very friendly and quick to ensure a fresh supply of breakfast items.

The room was a newly renovated true suite with a bedroom separate from living area. Staff was courteous and helpful . All areas of the hotel are very clean. Parking is well lit for safety.

We stayed for a hockey tournament. There was another Hockey team staying at the same location on the same nights. The parents were drinking and not minding their kids. The kids along with the parents were yelling shouting and screaming. They were constantly slaming doors running around the hallways until 2 am. I called down to the front desk three times and the last time I asked that the front desk can the London police to assist in evicting the problem renters but to no avail.

Hotel was under construction when we were there. So you couldn't use any of the secondary entrances because the card readers were down. So you always had to walk around the whole build and use the main entrance when you parked, which was a pain. Plus there were no luggage carts available to use (they apparently were stolen). So we had to make several trips to our room. Other than those 2 things, the room was very nice. So were the staff. And the free breakfast was a Hot breakfast instead of continental, which was a nice surprise.
