Loved everything other than way too many little kids. There is 4 four pools one of being for children with water slides...not used, all the kids wew at the pool with swim up bar which was mostly consumed with children. I love this place and will be back when school is back in, which screaming babies doest apply....ugghh oh and we went the steakhouse and paid fir tge expensive menu. The table next to us had a child blaring cartoons on his iphone....not ok!! We spent alot of money for this trip. My only recommendation is no children at the adult pool bar, there are 3 others for the children

I liked the access to the beach, the staff and the accessibility everywhere around the reort. I did not like getting food poisoning/getting sick on the second day after eating ceviche from cevichera.

This is a pretty nice and family friendly hotel, but we found the property needing upgrades and repair. As an example, the tile in the pool and hot tub was loose and my daughter picked up multiple loose tiles from the pool floor. The door to our balcony was also warped. The housekeeping was odd. We never received consistent towels and had to specifically ask for hand towels and was cloths. The bartenders and waitstaff were excellent, but the concierge was lacking. We liked the buffet and the Brazilian restaurant the best. The others were ok. Would I come back? Probably, but we have definitely stayed at resorts that are better.

Perfect as always! Our home away from home. Only negative is that we had to return home. Can’t wait for our next trip. Property is beautiful, food is delicious, pool is fun, beach is perfect, and the service is top-notch. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests are taken care of.

When I got to my room I did not have any bath towels. Also fridge was not refill with sodas next day. All restaurants was pre booked and buffet choice was quite poor. Last stay was much better.

Exelente servicio la comida muy rica. Pero siempre el mismo menue cansa despues de 2 dias. Mi reservacion tenia servicio VIP lo cuan no se me dio. Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hija pedi algo especial en la recamara de ella y tanpoco me lo hicieron. Aparte de eso todo muy bien. Los meseros en el buffet muy atentos.

To many stairs, escalator wasn’t working or not in use. Had to change rooks and not given equal room we booked and paid for. In room towel service was really bad. Wash cloths were never left in rooms. Coffee was limited in room and only one working lobby machine.
