This property is absolutely beautiful. It’s built around a courtyard that’s like a rainforest with a stream running through it and the sound of a waterfall The beach is beautiful, but the water was rough. You also need to come down early to get the chairs you want. When booking, we chose to be picked up at the airport by shuttle through Travelocity. We confirmed the pick up, with MTS (the name of the service) and when we arrived in Cancun we got to the designated pick up but the shuttle wasn’t there. We confirmed the pick up area with airport security and waited 45 minutes until someone from airport security helped us to call MTS. MTS said that they were there and left 45 minutes earlier ( they weren’t there and airport security confirmed this) I asked MTS to come get us but MTS said they couldn’t. It cost us 125.00 to take a taxi and I also paid for the MTS shuttle pick up. MTS aka Speedy shuttle cannot be trusted. When I called to confirm the pick up the representative from MTS tried to sell us one day excursions in Cancun which I wasn’t interested in. He then tried to get me to upgrade to a private car, which I also didn’t want. I told them I wanted to stay with my original purchase and confirmed the pick up. When they didn’t show they also refused to return the money we paid for the pick up. Be wary of the airport shuttle service. It’s a seedy company that will grab your money and not provide what you paid for.

A great place! If you are looking for the Cancun vaca..... this is the place. Most any of the resorts will meet your needs, but staff here was exceptional. If you dont know Spanish/Mexican, well thats alright too. Most speak English, some not so good, but they sure work to ensure your comfort.

Staff was wonderful, great customer service, they really want to make you feel welcome and it shows from the moment you enter the property with the guys welcoming you when you get out the taxi, front desk personnel, the lobby area, elevators, gardens, restaurants, beaches, halls were always clean, if it rained that area was immediately being cleaned, the only thing I noticed was inconsistency with working electrical escalators, I only saw both escalators working once. ( It's the first impression you get from the hotel when you arrive from a long flight, even though the staff is ready to assist you, the hotel as a building and maintenance should look ready also...it's a small thing but I think it's an important one). At the Buffet restaurant Edgar was amazing, he remembered what we liked to drink from the first time! I mean, he's assisting so many guests all day long and he treats you and welcomes you in such pleasant way first thing in the morning until 11:00 pm at night as if he wasn't tired, with a smile in his face, he's just great. Concepcion did a great job cleaning our room also, we met her for a second but she was sweet and smiley face. Henry at the front desk was very helpful moving us to a different room, we for some reason didnt care for our first room, we prefered the Moon Tower, it seemed more open and lighter somehow and he was able to find us a room we liked much better. We appreciated all the staff and can't wait to see you again!

Todo el staff maravilloso, hacen un gran equipo. Quiero mencionar a Henry en la recepción quien nos logró cambiar de habitación para una que nos gustara más, nunca nos hizo sentir como si fueramos una molestia. Edgar en el Buffet es increíble, desde la primera vez que nos atendió se acordaba de nuestras bebidas y nos presentó a los otros chicos que nos iban a atender (Anselmo, Reyes, y Jorge),los 3 dias que estuvimos en el hotel nos atendió con una sonrisa, el estaba trabajando desde temprano en la mañana hasta cerrar el restaurante a las 11 pm y siempre con una sonrisa y la misma actitud positiva, es un gran ejemplo para todos nosotros, quedamos muy agradecidos mi esposo y yo. Al igual con el trato de los otros chicos y chicas del restaurant, pero lo siento no me acuerdo de todos los nombres, y Concepción la chica que limpió nuestro cuarto también muy linda y con muy buena disposición. El hotel lo limpian constantemente, las playas limpias, los dos shows que vimos estuvieron muy entretenidos, el de Michael Jackson y el del Circo, no logramos ver el de musica folklorica mexicana pero quizá para la próxima ocasión. Es difícil regresar a casa cuando estuvimos atendidos de esa forma tan linda y en un lugar tan hermoso como lo es Cancun...Gracias por todo!!!

There was a continuous arrival of bus loads of 29-30 year olds (approximately 300 of them each time) attending a year end party. The resort catered to them with extremely loud techno music indoors and outdoors throughout the day and into the early morning. The pool was extremely crowded with people drinking and yelling. We couldn’t sleep with the loud noise nor could we enjoy the pool area. It was an absolute horrible experience… we were so unhappy that we had this experience and regret spending so much money to be stuck there. We request a refund of the money we spent on this horrible experience.

Absolutely magical place. We had our wedding at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun and hosted our family there for the weekend. The food was delicious, the beaches were clean, the water was incredibly blue. We got upgraded to the suite for our stay as the wedding couple, and the room was stunning. We'll be traveling back for our honeymoon in the next year and we cannot wait to go back.

Chef Miguel was very accomadating to my child gluten free alllergy. Food was excellent and pool was amazing! 2nd time staying here and we will be Back.

First time staying at the Fiesta Americana in the hotel zone. Staff is superb always helpful and polite. Resort is clean and easy to navigate, food was great with lots of options. Several activities available would like to be able to borrow a snorkel or rent a surfboard. Everything is on the app no issues booking reservations. We will be coming back!!
