I must say that Pedro at the front desk is amazing , so accommodating and friendly and really cares. Diego at the Lobby Bar knew everyone's cocktails every day and had a smile on his face no matter how busy he was. I really cant list everyone but the Managers of the Restaurants were very nice, the whole staff was so professional and nice. First time here and I am sold. I will definitely return. The Restaurants and Buffets were very good with excellent choices. Thank You so much for a most relaxing time. Ardina

We had a young female in our party that was injured in the pool due to a missing drain lid. After getting some one to take care of her and bandage it they wanted money for it. Then we had nobody from the hotel contact us to follow up on the incident

Room service delivering food to clients has a cart that does not have rubber tires. When the delivery personnel pass by with it (which sounds like a train passing by), he/she wake up all the guests along the entire hallway. Suggestion. Replacing it with a more common and quieter card can solve this issue .. The second suggestion is more like a business proposal for the whole hotel. Rooms have Jacuzzis. No one is using those for sure. If those were eliminated for good and in that open space we added another bed, the hotel could charge more due to the increased number of beds available.
