Aside from the girls in the coffee shop, I have never been more discriminated against, ignored and disrespected as a person, let alone a paying customer. I have traveled through several countries and a variety of resorts and have never written a bad review….this resort changed all that.
Food preparation/serving was not safe.
Black mold in the bathrooms.
Cleaning….instead of replacing dirty towels, housekeeping just took them. Each day. 1 bottle of water is supposed to be provided/restocked…nope, just took everything….except the glass which was dirty and had used q-tips and cotton swab in it…that they left.
Toilet didn’t work…they did fix that in a timely manner.
Only 1 bartender for the entire beach area and pools.
We got 1 night at a restaurant and that was it. Buffet for the rest of the time.
We were outright ignored when getting service and disrespected. An attitude came even though we said please and thank you for everything. Doors were closed right in front of us as we walked up to them.
I was so excited to visit Mexico as it was my first time and have heard great things from friends who have gone there and friends that live there. The experience at this hotel…
Travelocity should seriously question their relationship with this vendor. The first comment out of client concierge’s mouth was “well, I hope next time you stay at the Sens side.” No welcome no hello.
I tried everyday there to start fresh, always said please and thank you, smiled, etc. onl
