Vending machines were empty (had to go to another floor) tried and failed to contact front desk multiple times. Bathroom in restaurant looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks (didn’t even use it). Room was extremely dry had to run the shower several times just to raise the humidity to tolerable levels. No day service. The room itself was nice.

We booked a three night stay at this property. Everything was perfect, spacious room, comfortable bed, well maintained, close to the West Edmonton Mall. We thought there should be a sports channel on TV. We are sports fans, and we wanted to watch a CFL game, so we were disappointed. we talked to the staff, and they told us to go to the bar. But we don't do the bar scene,
