Live like a King in this spacious and private two story home.

Gorgeously decorated and furnished by an interior designer, this Pet Friendly 5 bed 3.5 bath home located walking distance from the beach, provides everything you need to have a luxurious vacation on Marco Island. The volume ceilings and abundance of windows give an open and airy tropical feeling with plenty of natural light. The home offers a contemporary bright and open fully equipped chef's kitchen that opens out to a large lanai. With over 3690 square feet on 2 floors, this home is spacious enough for the entire family.

Every bedroom in the home has a spectacular water view. The 1st floor offers a master bedroom sized for a king including a walk-in closet, access to the lanai/pool area and a beautiful water view. The connecting master bathroom offers a shower, hot tub, his and her sinks, and a separate toilet room. The 2nd bedroom is also located on the first floor with a queen size bed, access to the lanai/pool area and a water view. It also has its own bathroom with a shower and access to the lanai/pool area as well.

As you walk up the staircase you will overlook Marco Island out the 3 large bay windows before you reach the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom offers you a queen size bed with access to a shared balcony that gives breathtaking water views. The 4th bedroom has a king size bed with a wall full of closets. This room has access to the shared second story balcony, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee as you watch the dolphins play in the water below. Also located on the 2nd floor is a bathroom shared by both bedrooms. This home has a separate living area on the 2nd floor with a TV, couch, chairs as well as a kitchenette for making coffee or tea.

The spacious lanai features a beautiful canal side pool and spa with plenty of room for relaxing in or out of the sun. The built in BBQ grill is a dream for every outdoor chef. The outdoor dining table seats 8 plus a bar area seating 2. The home also features a large boat dock where you can tie your boat as the lift is not available and a 3 car garage. You will have the perfect opportunity to live like a king in this home on Marco Island.

Wonderful home!!
This property fit our needs so well! The kids didn’t even want to leave the house during the week because they were having so much fun here. The pool was perfect and we were able to fish right off the dock. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and had plenty of room for all 10 of us. Plus the beach was right down the road and we used the bicycles a few times to ride around and check out the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Rainy vacation
Plenty of room for 11 people. There were a few housekeeping issues and a plumbing problem, for which the management company sent a repairman right away. Despite rainy weather, our family enjoyed the pool and spa and had another wonderful week in Marco.

AMAZING PROPERTY AND GREAT LOCATION!
Our family of 10 stayed at this property the first week of June 2024. It was everything we could have wanted in a rental house and more. Our crew loves to fish and being on the intercoastal water was a major highlight. Everyone fished from sunup to sundown and caught a variety of different types of fish including a bonnet head shark! The location was just a short bike ride away from the beach access point since public parking is limited. We highly recommend this house and hope to be back in the future.

Had a fun time at this beautiful house. Enjoyed the pool and docked our rented boat right in back. Room for everyone and even a pool table. Only issue was the dishwasher did not work- called the mgmt company and got it looked at, needed replacement, which they did a couple days later.

The location and the house were great. Plenty of room for the family and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Our only issue was the dishwasher was broken and wasn’t getting fixed/replaced until after our trip. Aside from the dishwasher, everything else was great.

Wonderful space for all the young families and their children. Helpful host to help us rent baby equipment needed for the stay. All loved the pool. Saw Dolphins off the dock. Enjoyed walking and jogging around the neighborhood and to/from the beach. Very well stocked kitchen. Just lovely!!

Wonderful Vacation House!
We enjoyed staying in this fabulous, spacious house! The pool/spa was perfect for the hot summer days after the beach. Loved having the dock out back on a canal, which the boys enjoyed fishing on, and we enjoying renting kayaks and taking them to the islands for finding great shells! The pool table was a highlight of our stay, as well as the large kitchen and outdoor grill with beautiful outdoor dining area. Great location, 15 minute walk to beach access, mini-golf, restaurants, stores. Our family group of 11, ages 5 to 70, really enjoyed our stay at this house!

We had a great time. The house is very equipped. There were 12 adults and a 1 one year old. Loved the house. The only thing that was wrong is we had no power at the dock for our boat. It was not a big thing because we had extension cords with us.

My stay
The house was easy to access with the code at check-in. It as also clean and more stocked with bath towels, sheets and beach towels. My family has been renting in Marco for 15 years and this was one of our favorite homes. The negatives were minor, no cold water in the master bath shower, water was too hot to use, the pool never warmed up very much but the hot tub did and there wasn’t a vacuum or mop to clean with. The central vacuum was broken, as as the upright. We had 2 babies and need to sweep every day.

Good size home with a good location
We had a wonderful time at this property. The location to the beach was walkable and access to the back canal with the kayaks was a lot of fun. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The property needed a deeper clean and a power wash by the pool. Beach items such as cooler, chairs, umbrella, fishing pole were all there and all broken, some of which were unusable.

Had to vacate the house for them to show it to a prospective buyer? Was promised a $300.00 credit but have not received anything. We spent a lot of money to enjoy it, but had to change plans for the owner!

BEWARE…..German Cockroaches
I really wish I could write a better review but the bug issue definitely played a big part in our stay. Notified the office when we realized what type of bugs they were. The office was very responsive and said they would call the pest control company as they were due for their yearly spray. Pest control company came out the very next day. We saved one of the bugs we killed so they could see what they were. They didn’t really do anything for the roaches as the company said they had to discuss the issue with the owner. When I voiced my concern about taking these bugs home with us to the rental company they stated the pest company didn’t see any roaches. REALLY, I gave them one in a bag. Plus they came out during the day when German roaches hide. We found 8 one night when we got back after being gone all day. Even took pictures. We found bugs in the master bathroom, one of the beds and all over the kitchen. I just feel as though the rental company should have either offered us different accommodations, weather it was another one of their properties or a local hotel room. Or some money off to cover the cost I incurred to have a pest control company come out to make sure we didn’t bring anything home with us. They tried to tell me that the bugs we were seeing were probably the Florida roaches. My parents live in Florida, I know the difference. Overall, the house was very clean compared to the other reviews who stated otherwise. My only 2 complaints about the cleanliness are the bugs and the sheets. The night we arrived I pulled the sheets back and found 2 dark hairs on the one side of the bed. Thought maybe it could be the cleaners. But when I went to pull the other side down there were two small stains. So I took the sheets off and put new ones on. Washed the sheets the next morning and the stains were gone. While having breakfast with the family. I mentioned the hairs in my bed. One of the other beds had hairs as well. So I am thinking they don’t change the sheets all the time. The towel situation has been rectified. We had PLENTY of towels for a family of 8. Both beach and bath. During our 2 week stay they had 3 other contractors out for different things. I understand with the weekly rentals it’s hard to plan things. The rental company advised that we didn’t not need to be there for the appointments but with COVID and our personal belongings I didn’t feel comfortable leaving. It was just annoying to have so many days interrupted.

Family Fun
More bathroom towels. The use of bikes was nice, but all bikes had flat tires and the pumps didn't seem to work very well. It is also nice that pool toys were available, but many were broken or again flat and didn't hold air. Overall, it was a great location and a great place for a family vacation.
