"We wanted a relaxing vacation and that’s what we got. Beautiful, clean resort. Staff is incredibly accommodating. We had a swim out in building 3 and were pleased. I want to acknowledge a few of many staff members that made our stay fabulous. Thank you: Paloma- great service and we enjoyed the Spanish lessons. My husband said she makes the best Bloody Mary’s he ever had and thats saying something. Hamad- great service! Never without a drink. Beautiful smile delivered with every drink. Raul- great service at the buffet. Felix- friendliest smile and great service! If I didn’t mention someone by name it’s not because we didn’t receive great service. Thanks to all the incredible staff. Food: above average Drinks: excellent Cleanliness: very clean, they are constantly cleaning and maintaining. Checkin: smooth and quick I highly recommend this resort and will return. "

"We had a wonderful time! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! The conditions were great within the hotel complex, however, the beaches had a lot of seaweed and the fear of a crocodile nearby kept us out of the ocean and limited our time on the beach. The amenities for kids were perfect for my family. I have a 7 and 10-year-old and my kids loved the slides, pools, trampoline area, activities for kids from the Kids Club, and lazy river a lot! We had a nice hotel room with a hot tub on the patio and that was a nice addition to our stay! All and all, it was the perfect place for my family!"
