The experience team at this resort were AMAZING. Kenddell, Carlos, Oswyn, and Victor were so much fun to get to know and was always making sure that our group was well taken care of. The team is always full of energy. There is always something fun to do here. Could not recommend more!!

Loved: 1. The beach & the hammocks! What a lovely place to chill and forget about everything else! 2. The yoga class was phenomenal! Richie was a fantastic instructor! 3. The fire show on Saturday evening was such a visual treat! 4. Food & services in Blue Moon, Mike's Coffee Shop, & El Charro were next level! SO GOOD, 10/10. 5. Service throughout the resort overall was top-notch everywhere we went: beach towel station, ice cream stand, the bar by the activity pool, lagoon tour, room service housekeeping... kudos to the staff! Did not like: 1. Hot water supply was disrupted in two separate evenings. We both love taking hot showers in the evening before bed so the lack of hot water was not the best experience. Called the front desk but was told we had to wait for the boiler to heat up. Likely a maintenance issue. 2. Food in LA Dolce Vita (the Italian restaurant) was mediocre. We had to wait for 30 minutes for our table but the overall experience was underwhelming... 3. On our second last day at the resort it rained. I wouldn't say it was super heavy, but the most walking paths in the resort were flooded and we had to walk on the grass hills. It took 2 days for the water to subside - an indication of aged stormwater infrastructure. Overall: Our very first adult-only all-inclusive, but exceeded our expectations!

Honestly i don’t know how this was rated a 4.5 star property. I’d rate it closer to a 3 star. There were so many rules for all the different levels of “privilege”….where we could eat, what we could order, limit how much we can order on room service. Room: it was a fine room, the bed was hard, the linens were disappointing with a thin fleece blanket sandwiched between two sheets hardly keeping us warm.cleaning services were good. Dining: buffet was rather disappointing with low quality food and not a big selection nor did it change day to day. Staff was friendly however all serving area were not staffed sufficiently, buffet area had one cook manning 4 serving stations making the wait for food at 10 minutes regardless of breakfast, lunch or dinner service. Specialty restaurants were great, no complaints there. Room service is limited to one item per person. Pool/beach: great areas however extremely annoying how many people were bugging you to spend money on jet skis or massages…and not meaning the random people walking across selling stuff as expected, this was hotel staff at the beach hut and the activity hut trying to constantly sell you activities or massages…probably 10 times a day we were asked. Pool/beach bar/services: dismal, just like the buffet understaffed often waiting 15 min for a drink because there was one bartender. Maybe 2 out of the 7 days there were servers walking around taking orders. Entertainment: not great, music levels were ear busting.

Great customer service, good food, nice swimmable beach, good size resort, good size room, great entertainment (shout out to Kendell, Varidiana, Moses), has a coffee shop and a juice bar (juice bar needs a bigger sign, I thought it was a regular bar). All in all a very enjoyable stay in this adult only resort:)

Nice property , food service at buffet could have been better organized during peek periods to have sufficient food and not have to wait around This happened a few times. The Japanese restaurant is really good and we loved having lunch at the Mexican restaurant. Kendal and team for entertainment were a lot of fun and always tried to get guests involved. Kendal was especially nice to my daughter with special needs always acknowledging her ,thanks Kendal. The bar staff were amazing and turned around drinks quickly. The beach was beautiful no weeds the week we went the water was clear and warm such a treat. Overall a good experience.

So My wife and I went with our 3 grown children in 2 separate rooms. The rooms were very nice and the property was very well laid out. The service team is very polite, friendly and understanding. Comunication was good and service was excellent. I must say that the entertainment team was really fun and easy going. They did a great job keeping up the energy and providing a fun experience with lots of activities for those who wanted to do them. The Food was very good, the buffet was excellent and very good, upscale restaurants were also excellent. The shows they had every night were fun and entertaining. Excursions booked at the resort were exactly as described, with great service and people. Overall the resort is excellent for adult families and people who want to enjoy a trip to Cancun in peace and relaxation or if you like, some fun dance parties also. I would recommend this resort to anyone.
