Staff is great. The area is under reconstruction and has many areas that feel very insecure. It appears that the building next door is housing homeless. There was a large police action with about 30 officers responding to a disturbance across the street at around 5:00.

It was an overall good stay. Valet parking cost was ridiculously high. Only issue with the room was the hot water flow for the vanity was very slow and top for ever to get hot water. Similar for the shower, flow was excellent but still too long to get hot water.

Nice hotel, just not for us.
It was okay. We were only there for one night, before our cruise. It was nice and clean, loved the big open shower. But will probably not stay again. But please don’t let this discourage the next guest.

Check in was easy. The woman that checked us in was friendly and helpful and we were able to get an early check in. The room was clean and a good size. The bed was comfy. The location is good. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Also walking distance from the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very tasteful as far as the decor went. Cute rooms that look “vintage”. Loved the bathroom. Clean except for the leftover, half eaten snacks from the previous occupant left in one of the chests in our room.. that was a surprise to find!
