"We are elders with poor knees/hips. Bathtub/shower side was high and thus difficult. There were no safety bars or grips to assist getting over side safely. Surprised at this omission in this day and age and we never thought to ask if there was any handicap provisions in some rooms. Otherwise, all was fantastic."

"The staff on site were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating but i also liked that through the app, i had the option and convenience of doing most things on my own (check in/out, etc.) but having a staffed desk added a layer of security and piece of mind to the property and overall experience. luggage storage lockers were great and extra amenity rooms were modern and clean.
