Clean, well located. Polite staff.
Room was very clean. Cleaning staff and front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Check in was fast. Breakfast in hotel restaurant was good / efficient service (a Monday AM after 9am.) Restaurant seemed popular and busy- not a quiet place in the evening. Grocery, convenience store and coffee shops nearby. Major city attactions very near by.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. And the on premise restaurant, the Cocotte Bistro, was incredible. Every bite was heavenly.

Lovely hotel. Staff were all super friendly, restaurant in lobby has great food, very clean and modern. Great location. Only downside is the expensive parking.

When we’re in Ottawa, it’s always the Metcalfe! Beautiful hotel with all utilities and great staff! The only thing would be to get the chrome cast fixed in all rooms to enjoy a good movie in rainy days.

We drove 8 hours to Ottawa only to be told that they did not have any parking available. They said it was not guaranteed and we had to find street parking. Staff was condescending and snooty. Terrible experience.

Hotel is superbly situated to walk anywhere in central Ottawa. It is well designed, with very clean, comfortable rooms and the staff at Reception are welcoming and efficient. The attached restaurant, Cocotte, is excellent.

The Metcalfe is a beautiful boutique hotel , Fantastic location, Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, Wonderful beds. Fantastic in-house restaurant French cuisine $$$. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend to everyone.
