Great place to stay
The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.Check in and check out was simple and quick.On site underground parking was very convenient.Breakfast was very good with great selection of hot and cold dishes.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was small but adequate to relax.. Hot tub was very small and jets were a little rough with water splashing fairly high.Overall a good place to stay,Will be back again.

Great value and comfortable
We had a great room with nice balcony although a little too cold to sit outside. The room was spacious. I really like the hotel which included a basic buffet breakfast. It is less than 10 minute walk into town and very close to Roam transit bus stop. It is very reasonably priced compared to other places in the town. There are hotel restaurants close by a 7 minute walk to the supermarket and a bottle shop in the hotel next door as well as a service station directly opposite.

Cleaning staff only did bedding nothing else they didn't change the coffe cups and rooms don't have any kitchen area where we can clean our cups. So they should be replaced when cleaning is done. And also flooring was also not done .Room only was neat and clean on first day . I am very happy with the hotel staff and i will also recommend my friends but these are the things i have noticed and wanted to notify you also in my feedback. Other than that service was on point everything i asked for was done in no time . Its just when i told the reception staff to clean the room because we were going out than it should be done properly.

We stayed here for one night in early November. We had a room on the third floor with two queen beds. The room was very nice and clean with a high ceiling being on the third floor. It was nice having a balcony to sit outside looking at the mountains. Check in and check out was fast. The coffee latte machine in the lobby was awesome and their hot breakfast was pretty good as well.

If your room costs more than $200, don't stay.
Firstly, the hotel's location is excellent. Once we parked the car underground, we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel room was clean and spacious. There's a coffee machine in the lobby which was convenient. The pool and dining area are small but the breakfast was decent. However, the air conditioning unit was loud and we could hear people talking in the hallway. The worst part was that around midnight, our toilet was overflowing. We went to the reception and the night manager gave us a plunger and told us to fix it ourselves.

The coffee machine is dirty, washroom is dirty, the balcony looks bad and there’s just 2 plastic chairs. There’s no water provided not even for the coffee machine. They asked to go down to the first floor to get water from the fountain. The front desk charged me $50 for no reason and she didn’t even tell me about the $50 charge just asked for my credit card and charged me the amount. I didn’t even realize till I got a message on my phone for the $50 charge on my credit card.

I almost laughed to see the breakfast included , what a joke it was . It is an average property to stay . You can actually hear the noise when people pass the room , to an extent I felt they entering my room. If you choose this property for breakfast being included the please ignore . It was an average experience .
