Very good

This is a great location, nominally priced, and very clean place to stay- perfect for what I needed! It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s decent, clean, has a usable
Kitchenette, and is a great location
Very clean and spacious room that we had. Looks recently renovated. No microwave in our room was a big deal to us. Lobby area is quite small, but pool and hot tub are very clean and well maintained. We parked on the street behind the hotel- so you don’t necessarily need to pay to park ($50 bucks a day is ridiculous). Parking fee and the lack of a microwave is why they get a lower rating from me.
Banff and surrounding areas is just unreal in it's beauty. This hotel added to the beautiful experience we had there. It's close enough to downtown to walk but you don't get the busy-ness. We did a lot of hiking and the hot tub and sauna helped soothe our muscles at the end of the day. Added bonus, they lend bikes for free (and it's the nice ones with the curved handles) so I got to bike around town with my kids. Staff were very helpful and responsive.
Our room was really nice but my wife wished there was a mirror outside the bathroom so she can do her makeup while other people are using it. Also our room was on the other side of the building so when we come out of the hot tub, we have to walk around the balconies that wrap around the floors exposed to the cold evening. But it's ok, we just wiped ourselves as dry as possible and wear the bathrobe or extra towels to wrap around. It's just the way the building is designed so it's all good.
Lovely room, spacious and clean, comfy beds and about 10-15 min walk to the centre of Banff.
If you like amenities outside of your room I wouldn’t recommend, and no onsite breakfast facilities.
Great spot within walking distance to downtown Banff. Easy access to freeway for day trips to park.

The hotel kicked me out because I had Asked pet friendly and they only had limited rooms and I didn’t see their Expedia message because I’m not used to the app.. I was kicked out of the hotel at 11 PM at night in the freezing cold and nowhere to go

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
Rather dated and expensive. Nice having a bedroom up a spiral staircase, staff very helpful and friendly
Clean but very outdated. But thats normal for Banff, Jasper burned down so everyone had to change plans so everyone came here at best its a $200 hotel but they gouged me for $550 . Thank god its for work as I would not have stayed in Banff.
This place needs a serious update. The staff, overall, tried to make us happy. The guy at check-in was rude. This would be the last place I would stay if I went back.
