Excellent staff, very quiet hotel, great breakfast; hotel could use an update - bathrooms and carpeting outdated. Very easy access from major routes and lots of food choices near the hotel!

It's not a first time we stayed at this hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms are very clean. The location is good, very close to the restaurants, grocery shopping.Pet friendly hotel. Nothing to complain.

This hotel is in a great location but is in serious need of some upgrades. Bathrooms in bad shape and internet is terrible. Would not be my first choice of hotels anymore.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming and we were greeted by all (desk, laundry, cleaners). My daughter loved the waffle maker for a waffle breakfast. Would return here if in the area again!

When we went to our assigned room, there was a dog howling in the next room. Staff graciously provided a different room on a different floor which had a funny smell and mold on the bathroom ceiling. Walls very thin and noises from other units easily heard

The pool was very noisy due to the ventilation. No water half way through my shower. I wasn't compensated to the degree I felt I should have been compensated. We wern't even notified that there was a water issue.I would have rearranged my plans. But, because of this, I had to cancel my plans.
