This was a beautiful resort. Amazing staff and great food. Beautiful views from the rooms and water on the beach is amazingly beautiful, relaxing and refreshing.

The view/scenery, beach, food, friendly staff, resort was smaller and more personal. Rooms were cleaned very well every day. Beds and linens were comfortable. The elevator could be improved. The first day of our stay it wouldn't go down.

Absolutely wonderful! Great food, super clean, staff were very friendly. Be careful on the beach. Lot of large stones and kinda hilly. Beautiful overall and I would stay again.

The staff at the resort are amazing! Everyone was very friendly and fun. The food was great - especially dinner at Hakka. The guys who run the activities have great personalities, the games and activities are fun. Also a big thanks to Rambo for being extremely polite and patient with our family. The ocean water is great, the sand is nice but there are some larger rocks you have to avoid when swimming.

This hotel is very old. Elevators were way too small with very little ventilation. Not a big selection of food. The balcony was way too small only two people could fit and that’s standing side by side. Pool was not big at all.

went to oleo for our honeymoon and ended up leaving two days early. Property is old and run down. The food is HORRIBLE. Close to elementary cafeteria food. Service was not as friendly as other Cancun resorts and very few staff. You go to Cancun to get pampered for a week and eat yummy food. That was not our experience. There is one pool that is always full of people. And then another pool that is small and has green mold all over tiles. We did not swim. The drinks…… the drinks were terrible. They use cheap mixers with artificial sweeteners so everything you get tastes like sweet and low with that aftertaste. I would not go back even if it was free. We lost two nights there because we just wanted to come home, never got any type of refund. Spend a little extra and go somewhere nice. Comparatively speaking this resort is very poor quality compared to other resorts in Cancun.

I booked an Inspira oceanfront suite and the room was clean but I did not receive a balcony and the windows were screwed shut. I came with 7 other people who didn’t pay as much as I did for my room and they received balconies. I was very disappointed. They had just as much ocean view as my ocean front room. The food choices was limited to two restaurants and I rate the food as edible. I would not recommend this old outdated hotel to anyone.
