Elevators not working someone actually got stuck in elevator very alarming considering I was on 12th floor. no heat, no place to eat kitchen closed at 9:30. Staff seemed unconcerned about lack of heat, no extra blanket in room had to take it off extra bed, room changed at check in

You cant have black mold growing on the ceiling right above the chairs in the entry way. This is a Business you have to have people on that stuff now. Windows are leaking and there's black mold growing on the hanging wall paper. The furniture in the rooms are way passed worn out. The balcony above my room on the 9th floor was falling apart and there a huge hole in it. You cant run it like its an apartment complex. 40 dollar resort fee is terrible in the condition that the building is in. Way way over priced. I got dupped.

Staff members courteous, friendly, and accommodating. hotel location and view from room was beautiful. what wasn't up to par for this hotel was the cleanliness of the common areas and the room itself. furniture was dirty and in much need of replacement. walls had spills down it, filthy vents and what appeared to be mold on the ceiling around vent. Baseboards dusty and tables in room. Carpeting also soiled, you definitely didn't want to walk on it without slippers or shoes. Bathroom and bed were about the only thing that appeared to clean. Let's move on to the elevators. what a nightmare to get one! at the time of our visit there was only two working, and the hotel staff was using them as well. And chagrining forty dollars per night for guest was uncalled for.

By far one of my favorite stays in a Hilton in a long time. The hotel isn’t brand new but very well maintained. Definitely the nicest in Daytona Beach. The rates weren’t expensive as well when comparing to other in the area.

Room is a bit dated, felt and looked somewhat dirty overall. Found items in room that definitely didnt belong to my family. Hygiene products and OTC pills. Bathroom floor just looked dirty, like a wet mop is pushed over it but not really cleaned.

Overall the view we had was nice but the rooms need an upgrade and I don't think $40 Valet parking per night for should be done. The staff was great.
