Elevators not working someone actually got stuck in elevator very alarming considering I was on 12th floor. no heat, no place to eat kitchen closed at 9:30. Staff seemed unconcerned about lack of heat, no extra blanket in room had to take it off extra bed, room changed at check in

This is a great location within Daytona Beach! Hotel staff service was very good -- we had a bit of a wait for our room at check in, otherwise everything went smoothly. The food at Don Rico's was excellent (we had lunch in restaurant and ordered room service in the evening), and breakfast at Doc Bales was great. Service at both restaurants was top notch. I was concerned by other reviews, and although the rooms may have been a little dated, they were clean and comfortable. We loved having a view of the ocean. I liked the amenities of this resort -- both pools were well-maintained and I really liked having a Starbucks downstairs. Overall, a great place and would love to come back.

Nice waterfront stay
The stay was nice, overall the unit was clean and well kept. The oly negative i can say is that the tile in the bathroom had multiple cracks and needs to be replaced.

We enjoyed our say at this hotel. Our daughter’s college basketball team was playing in a holiday tournament that was literally across the street! We paid for the breakfast option when we made our reservation-best decision ever! Their breakfast was amazing! Parking was close and easy to walk to. Our view of the beach was breath-taking and our kids enjoyed the pool too! The only drawback to this hotel was the fees that they charged on top of the stay. We were billed for $30/day for parking (which we knew) but then also $18 per day for resort fees. Overall it was a great experience!
