My family and I were very disappointed with the Hilton and our stay. I booked based off reviews posted. Our room was very dated, the carpet was dirty looking and smell musty/moldy. The bed headboards were old and squeaked every time you move. The lighting/ lamps were very old.No modernized plugs for our devices. The AC vent worked but they looked like they had mold, very old and dirty.. The worst part of the stay was the bathroom, our tub was old with very dated faucets, the tub was very worn on the inside. The toilet paper holder were rusted. The mirror in bathroom was broken/ cracked and very dated looking. The floor was again dirty looking. No bathroom fan which left area smelling musty after a shower. We stayed for 3 days/nights, no housekeeping. They passed once and was to come back, which they didn’t. Hotel room looked like it haven’t been updated in decades. We traveled from NY for immediate family funeral but more saddened by our hotel arrangements. I am not one to leave a bad comment but given the pictures/ reviews, I booked. What a disappointment!!

Staff were very nice. However, the area was a dump. I had 4 people ask me for money. The hotel was dated. The beds were awful. There were random dressers in hallways with missing latches. A button on elevator for kidzone that no longer existed. Crooked outlet covers, cracks in bathroom tile, my bathroom sink leaked all over the bathroom floor. The pools were FILTHY, sand all over the bottom that accumulated during our trip. Jaccuzzi was freezing the first 2 days and was also filled with sand. It was fixed and became hot eventually. I did like that they werent super strict about beverages near the pool. The ac in the room didnt ever make the room go below 70. I kept thinking to myself "This is a hilton?!?!?" I will never, ever be staying here again.

My stay was during the Labor Day Holiday and I chose Hilton because of the location. The location and room view was great, and the property outside of the room was nice, but the room was utter disappointment. I never wanted a refund so bad as I did for this room. I felt like once I walked into the room I was staying at a 1 star hotel, furniture, mattresses, bathrooms completely worn, bathroom dirty with rotten door frames, I was so sad because in total for one night with parking and the daily charge of $25 tax…$40 valet parking, $50 incidental, resort fee $28 and ocean view room with no balcony just a terrace or what I would call a large window $265 TOTALING $408 for ONE day on a Sunday…I wouldn’t mind the cost if it were actually worth it

This hotel has a prime location, but is dirty, like unsanitary dirty. We had a lot of bugs inside our room. The shower was corroded. One of the beds was broken. There’s homeless people right outside the hotel. They let the homeless wonder inside the hotel. They charge you hidden fees. So we did not finish our stay. After we left I went to Google to read the reviews and they have a ton of reviews with scary experiences. Truly a sad experience

There could be some improvement with the valet parking area and drop off area … when people pick up their cars for departure they need to move the vehicle to another area

I liked the location easy access to everything on the boardwalk. I didn't like that you had to pay $30 a day for parking and have to walk across the street to use your car. With paying a resort fee it should be free parking that was crap.

Great location, fun times. It’s a very big property, so big I feel like they can’t clean it. Room dirty, elevators dirty , outside area facing the beach dirty.
