Elevators not working someone actually got stuck in elevator very alarming considering I was on 12th floor. no heat, no place to eat kitchen closed at 9:30. Staff seemed unconcerned about lack of heat, no extra blanket in room had to take it off extra bed, room changed at check in

I was looking for a shoe and i look under the bed and i was disgusted by the amount of dust and trash from past guests the cleaning ladies and the people in charge of the rooms are not doing their jobs . It was almost like i was staying at s cheap motel 😡

I arrived to the hotel at 3pm understanding that a room may not be available until after 4. The front desk representative stated “they don’t have any king beds available” and that I “had requested a king bed.” I told her no I paid the difference to have a king bed. She said well i don’t know when a king room will be available. I received a call at 5pm that my room was now available (they had to switch our room since they didn’t have our room available. The fridge in the room barely worked and was falling apart. I will not be staying here again.

Furnishings very outdated. Dirty windows throughout. Nice large Pool clean with large deck. Pool Towels small and need replacement. Enjoyed our stay overall. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet OK, but same each day.
