The location is amazing. Everything was close by, which was very nice. The hotel rooms were an Outdated Scratch up different colors. Just not a pleasant view in the room. I just thought it was weird that the coffee machine was behind the TV and the ice bucket was behind the TV. Things like that. The bed was kind of sunken-in in the middle. Valet parking is expensive

From Friday check in til Sunday check out. There was only one elevator out of three working and the wait was horrible every time you needed to go upstairs. I was on the 5th floor and I wasn’t walking the stairs! Facility clean but very outdated.

I was at a convention. The rooms themselves are nice. The exterior needs updating. Also I found the front desk clerks to be rude. The wait staff and servers were very pleasant though and the food served for all meals was excellent. It is conveniently located to the beach and boardwalk. So I’d just say average overall though some parts were excellent and some were not.

Main floor, restaurants, and poolside were really nice, but our room felt pretty rundown and the veranda furniture was falling apart. Everyone was nice though!

Nice hotel
The tub in our bathroom had some brown stains, which was not nice. Floor tiles in bathroom have stains. The Valet Person (tall older guy) in the North tower was very helpful. So was the bell person, who brought up trolleys. Check in, Rich was nice. Tried to complement him to the manager, but she was too busy to listen
