This is a very old building. The floors downstairs and in my room were dirty. Wall paper was pealing in my room. The bathroom was supposed to be handicap accessible, but it was NOT! I was so afraid that I would fall. The view was lovely. The staff were very nice. But I would not stay there again.

We payed for an upgraded room and the thermostat did not work properly so the room was extremely hot. Unfortunately we got to the room late and did not realize this until later when we woke up and it was like a sauna. When i informed the desk in the morning she said we should’ve called down, at 2am when we woke up? I would expect the “renovated upgraded” floor to be properly maintained. Avoid floor 23.

The staff were amazing. The internet was terrible. I couldn't even stream Disney plus on the TV for the five nights I stayed there. I got maybe 10 minutes of TV time. Website states they have a wired connection but they do not. Luckily I was able to hotspot from my cell phone to all my devices.
