The room had an amazing view, the location was super convenient. The room was amazing except for a dead bug I saw when I got there. I would definitely book this room and hotel again,as well as refer others.

I liked that moat the staff was easy to talk too, helpful, friendly and very nice. What i did not like was that my event was shut down at the hotel and i was asvised that everyine had to leave there was no empathy, remorse, no exception based on all the factual information that i provided and i purchased one of the most expensive rooms at the hotel and it was the terrible treatment i received that night

We have been there several times and we always enjoy the place. The balcony is very nice. The only downside this time was that we were not able to get towels at the beach because stocks were low for a reason we do not know. Would definitely go back again though.

We have been there several times and we always enjoy the place. Love the balcony and the kitchenette. The only downside was that we were not able to get towels on the beach chairs this time, stocks were low for a reason we do not know. Would definitely go back again.

DO NOT BOOK! This place is the complete opposite of luxury. It is the worst "Luxury" hotel I've ever seen. The building is outdated. The Valet and front desk clerk are completely unprofessional. The hotel is understaffed and musty smelling. As I awaited check in, I overheard the valet (who was also the bellhop) telling a guest could they wait until tomorrow to get there sandals from the car because they didn't have enough people to get the cars. I proceeded to leave and get a room next door at the Hilton. BEWARE this "luxury resort" is a catfish GHOSTTOWN! Never stayed and expedia won't give me a refund or the hotel. DO NOT BOOK!

The staff at this property went above and beyond for everything. They treated us like we were 5 star guests every time we saw someone. They always asked if we needed anything. A bonus was the chairs, water and towels at the beach included with our stay. We will definitely stay here again. The bell boy was awesome for any question we had.
