This home is located on a easily accessed street, adjacent from two beautiful ponds, in one of Edmonton’s newest and safest communities - Terwillegar. Being situated 20 minutes from both the Edmonton International Airport, and the downtown core, the property is a perfect fit for business and leisure guests alike. With ample street parking, a well-maintained lawn, and new and comfortable beds and furnishings, one can rent assured that this house will feel like a home.

Grocery shopping, a plethora of local dining, and numerous walk and bike paths are literally minutes from your door. A very short drive brings you to the all-encompassing Windermere shopping complex, boasting VIP theatres, dinning of all levels, and all possible shopping and banking needs.

What makes this house unique is the garage mounted solar panels that provide power to the home during the day. It gives you peace of mind knowing your doing your part with preserving the environment.

Upstairs features a full bathroom and three separate bedrooms. Each of the three separate bedrooms boasts three new and comfortably outfitted queen-size beds (master bedroom has a king sized), ample closet space, and new weather rated windows and blinds. All linens and towels are provided. The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, television with Netflix and Prime Tv, and a full ensuite complete with shower and toiletries.

The living room features a 55 inch television with Netflix, Prime TV and 4K HD cable TV with full sports package, leather sofas, and a futon for any extra guests. Of course, high-speed Internet and extremely reliable Wifi are readily available, making this an excellent choice for any business stay. Please note that I do not show televisions and electronics in photos for security reasons.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with plenty of pots/pans/platters for large meals, serving utensils, grilling tongs, full set of chef knives. And dishwasher. We keep the fridge and pantry stocked with olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, hot sauce, BBQ sauce, mustard, ketchup, mayo, spices etc. Attached to the kitchen you will find a door that leads on to a generous wooden deck in a fenced yard, with patio furniture and a full-sized gas BBQ.

Fantastic quiet location close to amenities
For our small group reunion of 4 seniors this was a wonderful property. It was easy to find for people not familiar with Edmonton, extremely well stocked and the location, with parks and amenities close by, was perfect. Communication with the host was quick and information was comprehensive. The new beds in the 3 bedrooms were very comfortable. The 4th bed was a futon in the living/family room, right off the kitchen with no privacy, which was a bit of a surprise. Definitely recommend this property.

Great Home, Great Location!
Well stocked lovely home. Easy communication with host. Great walking paths across the street. Excellent deck and BBQ area. Close to grocery/pharmacy/gas etc. We were visiting for a sports tournament, and it was so nice to have a home to spend time in as opposed to a hotel room. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This is an excellent place to stay in Edmonton. Clean, spacious, and very well-equipped and furnished. It was perfect for our family with 2 children under 3. They had a pack and play crib ready to use, and even a great assortment of toys and books. The only thing missing that would have been convenient was a high chair, but otherwise they had everything we needed. We appreciated the well-stocked pantry with a wide selection of food staple items, which made it easy to cook our own meals. And the location was perfect - close to groceries and shopping, and easy access to major routes to get around Edmonton. The host Cody was friendly, helpful, and easy to reach and very responsive. We'll stay here again next time!

Christmas in Terwilligar
Second stay at this property - clean and ready as usual, with brief, accurate check-in instructions from Cody, the host. Great for family visits to my parents in the Terwilligar Park area and close to everything! In a nice neighborhood with a park across the street for walks and outdoor activities. Used all three bedrooms and the living room futon this time. So nice to have a master ensuite, a second full bathroom and a half bath downstairs for family visits. We will definitely book again!

Great rental for family stay
This really was a home away from home for us. It looks just like the photos, is super-clean, and extremely well-equipped. We were staying in Edmonton for a family wedding and it was extremely helpful to be staying in such a well-appointed rental. Little touches like some ice cream bars in the freezer, more than one hair dryer, a great washer/dryer, iron, etc helped us get ourselves wedding-ready! We also loved the location, a nice front and back porch for morning coffee and evening wine and all the trails for running when we had any down time.

Short Stay but Nice Accommodations
The house was sparkly clean, comfy beds and had a homey vibe! The only thing we couldn’t get to go was the downstairs tv for some reason but no biggie as we weren’t there to watch tv!! Cody was very attentive though and willing to get the tv back on track..:likely network issues. Anyways, all in all, great area that was safe and close to pathways for walks! I would recommend to anyone. 😀
