This hotel it is what you see in pictures, so trust it. The personnel is friendly and helpful. The check in was fast and the room was clean and comfortably. If I ever go back to Guadalajara I will stay there again. I really thank everyone at Real maestranza and my best compliments.

The girl who checked us in told us that we couldn’t check in until 6 pm. The website and signs on the property stated we were able to check in at 3 pm. She was rude and so was a male lobby attendant. We have stayed here a couple of times in the past and never had an issue with staff.
