My family and I booked two rooms. We all agreed that we were satisfied with this hotel. The location is very convenient and walkable. Also, from someone who has very high standards for cleanliness, the hotel, and the rooms are clean; housekeeping does an amazing job.

I had a issue with usb charger in the room front desk fixed it asap..Octavio our tour guide was awsome took us for a full day excursion and had a blast.

I liked the location, it was walking distance to most points. The hotel was cozy and clean and we loved the art around the property. The bar on the terrace was quiet and relaxing. We loved the 2x1 happy hour! Only complaint is having one of my tshirts go missing on the first day that housekeeping cleaned the room. I noticed later that night when we returned and I called the front desk to ask about the incident. The front desk said the housekeeper was gone for the day and they would ask her about it. I was very understanding and noted that the shirt was white and could have gotten taken with the bedding if it was changed. They assured me they would check with the laundry and the housekeeper the next day. The next day I asked about it again and got the same response. We checked out after 4 nights and my husband asked about it again but front desk staff brushed off the incident and were rude to him when he asked to speak to a manager. The front desk staff refused to give the managers name and simply offered to fill out a form with information on the item. Other than that everything else was great.

We really enjoyed our time in Guadalajara and our stay at this hotel was amazing. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants, shopping mall, catedral, mercado San Juan, centro Joyero and other fun places. The hotels customer service was great from the moment we arrived. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel offers various tours at really good prices and I felt safe during my stay at all times.
