Great place to stay - just a little noisy - walls are not insulated so you can heat your neighbours. Otherwise - nice location, very clean, great service and friendly staff!!!

5 night stay for my wife's 60 bday, Helms Inn was perfect, great location, right next to Beacon Hill Park, a must see. King suite had all we needed, another must-do is Cora's Breakfast Diner, 2 blocks up Douglas St. We shall return!

Stayed here Mid-September for a 4 day get away weekend for our Anniversary. Main Areas of the hotel are slightly dated, but room was modern with a nice kitchenette. This was my second stay here this year and both times the staff was great.
