Stay was very nice, room was clean and I got exactly the room I wanted. Pool area was nice and rum punch was very good! There was nice variety in the food. Only minor complaint was we had a leak in the room but that was addressed and sometimes the stew/curry chicken for breakfast was cold and staying on an island resort we expected more caribbean music. Besides that everything else was great I will definitely be back !! 10/10

The service for the most part was great with the exception of a few people that lacked proper customer service training. The food was great but the options were the same note night to night. The accommodations need updating but overall I would visit again when most accommodations are updated.

They looking for a come up.. Drivers on property don’t like to do the job that there getting paid to do. Expect you to tip them every 100 ft drive. Get it together. Came to enjoy ourselves not to pressured all day by the bs y’all got going on , on the property.. In the food nasty , breakfast was ok. For this to be an inclusive resort, they find every way possible to charge you for something .

I did not like the food it was eatable but not good. You should go look at Hyatt Rivera to see how they cook there food and bring those receipts to the palladium. And also you have all that water with no jet ski on-site you would make a killing if you did!!!

The top shelf alcohol we were told was out at almost every bar every day. There may have been one bar on the resort that actually had quality liquor. They couldn’t make their own drinks from their own menu because they didn’t have bananas, lime or flavored liqueurs.The staff was hit or miss, but nice if you tipped. We were there for a wedding. Do not do it. The mic and speakers did not work. You would think they would test this stuff before hand. There was harsh feedback as they were saying their vows.! It sucked for them. They would not turn on ceiling fans for us during the outside reception. The worker actually told me they did not work and were only for decoration and then I seen them working the next day for a member event. The food- was awful. The steak house was the worst when you expect it to be the best. Steak was tough and looked dyed. Mine was red but dry. The Mexican food was decent. I was there with a large wedding party and we all agreed the food was not good. We ate pretty much the same breakfast everyday- a omelette and depending on the day- she may have had veggies or not. The beach is okay. Its small. There are rocks so snorkeling is good. but if you have been to Negril, then this is subpar.
