"The bathroom flooded. The drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom all the way to the closet. The shower had to be replaced too. I asked to switch rooms and was promised an upgrade and it never happened"

"the best experience for your money in cancun and playa del carmen combined, we stayed at the overthe water bungalows and they were incredible the food was amazing, our 2 butlers william and yazer were outstanding, they brought to our terrace over the ocean and our private pool everything and anything we needed, from food, drinks floaties, champagne , water etc the experience of a bungalow over water where you ahve your own private pool and privacy, as well as walk down to the beach facing the sunset everyday was breathtaking. our new favorite place in the cancun area, and we have stayed in about 25 top of the line 5 stars properties in this area thru the years"
