"This is the second time to this resort and the people are amazing. The amount of driven carts on the paths are ridiculous. They go too fast and I just want to walk around and not in a straight line. Also, there was no hot water, warm, but not hot. The property seemed a little more tired this time. Still amazing but needs some rethinking. "

"Traveled as a couple celebrating 25th anniversary. Our first time out of the US, so both nervous we had chosen the right resort and of course nervous traveling to Mexico at all. Everything could not have been more perfect so this is also a reflection on Cancun as a whole. Tons and tons of research on AI resorts here before we chose Haven. This place is heaven on earth. Hospitality is over the top. We were serenity ocean front swim out, and the views were spectacular! Breakfast on the patio with the sunrise is priceless! Resort is off by itself a bit so almost no one on the beaches even during the day so it's quiet and private. Great restaurants but overall average to above average food. Tahani dinner experience is definitely at the top, if you know you know. Liquor is weak as with most AI's. If your serenity you do get a bottle of liquor at check in so it's great to spike your drinks with. Our butler Paco was a shining star and went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Everyone, right down to the pool cleaners were overly nice and helpful and made it feel like one giant family. Nightlife is a bit on the boring side, but you can make your own party as pools are open 24hrs and we met some nice couples there to visit with later in the evenings over drinks. They have activities all day everyday so there really isn't a need for you to leave however they have an excursion desk right in the lobby to sign up for off resort activities. "Krystel from Expedia made my husband birthday extra special! She checked-in with us dailty to see if she could be of any assistance,she sent complimentary wine and treats, she also assisted us with reservations for our family dining experiences. She was amazing with guiding us through our vacation and making sure we used all the amenities offered to us! She was ANAZING! It was my second time visiting Royalton Splash. This time we brought our kids for Springbreak & it did not disappoint. The staff was awesome. My kids loved the waterpark, MJ show, foam pool party, & everything in between. The food was great with awesome selections and dining restaurants. They do try to get you to do a breakfast to introduce their loyalty program, which alot of ppl was attending to get free gifts to use at the resort however we opted not to attend. Just wanted to spend all of our vacation enjoying the resort "

"This was my first Moon palace visit. I started with Sunrise then upgraded to Grand. They offer good packages for membership. U can also decline and receive vouchers for cheaper prices in future bookings. The sunrise had very big nice pools and lots of activities. There is a kids pool in the corner. Food service is available all around. There is some walking though from buildings to loby. They have excellent golf cart service at Grand between water park n lobby. Other golf carts are also available almost every 5 to 10 mins. The rooms are excellent. The grand room is very nice n all quartz with nicer expensive equipment. Booking dinner reservations at restaurants was a bit difficult. Almost every time i was on a waiting list. Food was excellent. So many choices. So many activites to do with kids. Water park n playroom is a hit with kids. We loved the hotel."
