"This is a great resort for families with younger children. Kids will not get bored. Beach was warm very nice (little to no sargassum late Nov 2024). Food was great although not a million options. Kids club was fun with no time limits. Trampoline was great. Staff was great and quick. Rooms comfortable, everything worked. Only bad thing was that it was difficult or impossible to get Uber (cheaper than hotel service) because of the road condition into the property."

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay. To each its own, you can’t satisfy everybody but I was completely blown away at the property. Krystal ,Luz and Kimbou deserve a raise. They were terrific. The food options were great. A lot to choose from. The room was great and clean. Everybody was friendly by far. I would suggest that during check out time have more representatives ."
