Staff was friendly except public relations at Grand hotel her name Stephanie very disrespectful to me , very rude and she was yelling to me when I asked her for help and answer my questions. she look like she has another problems but this not professional the way she talked to me. I love moon palace , this is my second time and I was planning to come next year but she changed my expectations for your high standards guest service. thank you

Pros: Friendly and attentive staff in the restaurants. Food was good. Kids enjoyed the pool and kids playroom. Improvements: The water in our shower had a bit of a smell to it. Pool side service was generally slow. Mildew seen around the edges of the pool.

A Wonderful First Experience
**Title: A Wonderful First Experience at an All-Inclusive Hotel!** From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, setting a positive tone for our stay. The front desk team was exceptional, providing us with helpful information and displaying remarkable patience as we settled in. Although we didn't order room service, we requested tonic water while we were out, and to our pleasant surprise, it was waiting for us upon our return to our room—such a thoughtful touch! Throughout our stay, every member of the staff was friendly and attentive, checking in on us whether we were walking around the beautiful grounds or waiting for a cart. Their genuine care made us feel valued as guests. As this was our first experience at an all-inclusive resort, I can't compare it to others, but I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We had a fantastic time, and I can't wait to return!
