"The bathroom flooded. The drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom all the way to the closet. The shower had to be replaced too. I asked to switch rooms and was promised an upgrade and it never happened"

"Went with my family (kids under 6) and got a crib as requested prior to my trip. Food is typical for an all inclusive. We were able to schedule dinners at the a la carte restaurants; however, you need to be online right when it opens. Finally the staff were great - they're helpful, keep the resort clean and were always fun. Overall, great place!"

"We just Loved everything about Hard Rock Riviera! We have 2 boys 9,13 the best times for us. The Beach is the safest, cleanest and our favorite bartender/ waitress on the Beach is MARIANA we love her she’s super kind and best service, She’s is a hidden gem! Can you please tell her we Love her and we miss her already! We’re gonna come back to see her at Hard Rock Riviera for sure and next time we’re going to stay even longer!
