Was very satisfied with the personnel and the service. A key note is the access of the facilities of Punta Cana Resort for a fee, it's worth it. Rooms are comfortable, clean and has anything that you might need for a short stay (a week). Room service has terrific food and fast. It's not my first time at this hotel and certainly there will be more to come!

The property was very friendly and comfortable. There is a major problem with Punta Cana . Generally the stairs are not safe. There are no bannisters to hold on to while walking down. The stones blend into each other so that it is hard to judge or see the next step. There is a very great potential for falls!!!

The hotel has a beautiful lobby and dining area. The pool was also beautiful. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, however, the service is not great at the bar or the dining room. I think that is the way of life here. We had no hot water on January 20, 2025 between 10 AM and 3 PM. However at 3 PM there was still no hot water.I I would recommend this hotel for anybody wanting to take an early flight out of the Punta Cana airport .Would stay here again definitely

Hi, I thank entire team for making our stay as memorable as possible, but unfortunately we didn’t have best experience though they accommodated into a 2 queen bed room v/s our 1 king size bed room for us as a family of three.Firstly, the room didn’t have basic features/ amnesties like an absence of sufficient draw/table to place our baggage’s, also no micro wave Owen, fridge (not sure if any local law/regulations stop them providing these)Secondly ,our bathroom door wasn’t functioning and it came off which was quite heavy and dangerous which they sent out there maintenance team member to get it fixed who was very good Thirdly, that was extremely unpleasant was our neighbor room stay members who literally ruined our whole night sleep and stay by their high pitch talks, laugh out and screams entire night. Staff of 4 points were at last able to have that nuisance stopped by 4amIf 4 points management and higher ups could have made this more considerate and accommodative to us , we could have really appreciated But their staff and team were very helpful and courteous Appreciate all help and support to make our stay as comfortable as possible

Overnight near the airport.

Very close to the airport with a free shuttle. My flight arrived late and the shuttle services was technically done, yet; the hotel host still sent the driver back for me when I called. I am forever grateful for that. Hotel is immaculately clean and seems brand new. It was just a quick overnight so I didn’t get to enjoy the pool or any other amenities, but the lobby bar seemed fun. Staff and property get a 10/10 from me.

Delayed flight left us arriving after shuttle complimentary shuttle service closed. Taxis at airport did not want to do the short trip. Had to overpay in order to get to the hotel. Once in the room, the temperature was 16 degrees Celsius. No way to make the temperature go up. No extra blanket available in the room. One face cloth for two people.
