Staff as always were wonderful. Shuttle was great. Rooms are looking very tired, clogged sink , running toilet ect. Breakfast used to be quite decent but now is disappointing.

Looks like the sheets has never been washed, comforters has stained, the carpet was dirty. I asked the cleaner to clean the room and they said only when you check out. I have to take out the garbage and they don’t give you towels unless you ask for it. I would not coming back to this hotel.

Older hotel in a great location near the airport with free parking for guests. Restaurants on site with plenty of food outlets nearby. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was nice with reasonable options available. Despite being close to the airport the hotel did not have excessive noise.The only issues we had were lots of hair in the bathroom from previous guests and the heating unit in the room made a terrible noise so quickly turned off! Otherwise pleasant hotel for the price.

The property is very old and dated. It was impossible to shut the bathroom door completely and out room door would not close on its own because it dragged on the old carpet. On the plus side there is a pretty good Chinese restaurant on the property.

We needed accommodation pre flight the following the day. This hotel was fine for 1 night. Great that it had airport shuttle too and the price included breakfast so that was a plus. A little old fashioned but was fine for what we needed.

There was no clear indication when the room would get housecleaning. We went 4 days without clean sheets or pillow cases. No vaccuming of room. We were told housekeeping would be every 2nd day and we heard another guest checking in being told if he needed housekeeping to notify the front desk 1 day in advance. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and coffee and when i complained about no clean sheets they told me to come to the front desk and they would five me some as housekeeping had gone home and i could change them myself.
