Don't Stay Here if You Want a Beer
We found this hotel very frustrating. We wanted a beer so we went to the bar in the casino. Terrible bar. Not even a bar really. Then the bar tender told us we could not take our beer to our room. So we left and went into the bar in the hotel. Also a terrible bar. The bar tender told us we could not take our beer to our room, and told us to go the room and order room service. We went back to the room. To use room service you needed to scan a QR code. We could not get it to work. So we tried calling the front desk but the phone in the room was not working. Would not stay here again.

Great place to use as a base for exploring Vancouver. Sky train station made getting to/from the airport and city easy. Pool was clean & quiet - pool towels available at the pool. Only problem is the food court is through the casino which the children weren’t allowed to walk through with no other access which left us with limited dining options. There was a lovely Italian restaurant nearby - tomato Italian.

This hotel will not be on our agenda again. From parking over a block away, leaky faucets, having put our key card in to access electricity, to handing over a drivers license to secure use of a luggage cart, it was not a great stay. Also, front desk employees not very friendly or welcoming. For such a “ high end” hotel, our stay was very disappointing.

The hotel is starting to look run down. Our room had dust all over the clock and night stand. On the plus side it was a nice large corner room. The water slide and pool was also great.

Less than ideal parking arrangements. If you don’t mind taking the SkyTrain, it is a good location. I wish there are more dining options. But I can understand why they may not be able to compete with other local restaurants if you don’t mind driving and finding parking near by.
