Where do I start 2 remotes for tv with no instructions how to work them, no heat in room front desk didn't have any knowledge how to turn it on, was given a portable heater that turned off in the middle of the night. was told the maintenance person was coming to fix but never showed. Had no Microwave or coffee maker in rooms. Children playing hockey in the hallways screaming every time they scored. Walls were bare ( no art work ) on walls and uninviting. Had main floor room key would not work on both common entrance and outside room door had to walk around to the reception entrance to use hallway only. On a positive note the mirror in the bathroom was awesome.

Rooms were modern. Staff were friendly. It’s a very dated exterior building with dated hallways/carpentry. No extras in this motel but it felt like a safe place to spend the night.

Rooms were newly renovated. It had laminate flooring which is a plus! The front staff were outgoing and nice. Overall, this was a pleasant experience with clean rooms.

I never got to stay there as we had a death in the family and had to cancel our plans. After several attempts to cancel our room several days before our stay, we finally gave up. Navigating your website to find how to cancel a room was nearly impossible. I will never use Expedia again!

We were attacked by a junkie wielding brass knuckles. My husband had to restrain him until the police arrived. He sustained minor scrapes. The employee watched everything unfold from inside the building. After the incident he was very helpful to help clean my husband up and told us our stay would be complimentary because of what had just transpired. When we went to check out on the Sunday I was essentially called a liar and told that no employee can offer a complimentary night. The manager claims he spoke to the employee and denies saying that. Although we have 5 witnesses (two being police officers) who heard him say it.
