Concierge is so focused on selling you the timeshare that he didn't care about the multiple issues during our stay. It is a shame that such a beautiful beach and decent amenities suffer from such a bad service. Check-in took almost an hour and another hour to get the room ready, too many people at front desk doing nothing. The hotel rules are not clear on Expedia listing, like the pool hours and the all-inclusive restaurant options that have limited seating. The pool, gym, beach are kept in very good condition, but rooms, balconies, and the restaurants need improvement like working air conditioning and no ceiling leaks (rainy season). The hotel is located 40 to 60 mins from Airport and Malecón.

Great, all inclusive accommodation. Staff are awesome . Special mention to our server Gonzalo at the Italian Resto . Jorge and Angelica at ElPascador . Jose( older guy) in Veranda . They are great servers who made sure that we are attended to. We had a birthday celebration and they allowed us to celebrate it there .

They are completely greedy only for money,i clearly told them that my two children don't drink or smoke and so does my 70 year mother.the mistake I made was only giving my children age 1 year less (instead of 12 i gave it as 11).Because of this they made us wait for 2 hours at the reception and finally they charged my child as adult and alloted the same room which was booked for us.Horrible experience!
