I've used this hotel as my go-to for the last 8 years or so and it's always been pretty consistent. My stays are normally for 3 nights 2 or 3 times per year on business. Lately they have not provided maid service every day, but every other day. I might be a small thing but maid service is something we all have come to expect when we book into a hotel and this is causing me to look elsewhere for my next trip into Edmonton.

This was a hotel with good location to chinook. Requested top floor away from Elevator months in advance . Was placed lower floor right near elevator.
